To maintain a smooth schedule for all of our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy.

Booking and Cancellation Terms
To ensure the best service for all our clients, we kindly ask you to follow our booking and cancellation policy:

Bookings can be made via phone, SMS, or the contact form on our website. The same channels can be used for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to relax with tea, coffee, or water. During this time, your therapist will conduct a brief consultation to assess your skin condition, review any past treatments, discuss potential contraindications, and explain the procedure, duration, and possible side effects such as redness or temporary dryness.

By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the relevant treatment form and understand the details of your procedure.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be made for any reason and are free of charge.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost.

Deposits
Deposits paid to secure your appointment are non-refundable and may not be returned in cases of rescheduling or cancellation.

No-shows
If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notification, you will be charged 50% of the total treatment cost on your next visit.

We understand that schedules may change, and we are happy to reschedule your appointmentwhen possible. However, due to high demand, we must enforce our policy for late cancellations and no -shows.
